I recently purchased a lovely BMW i3 from Gary. Throughout the process Gary was an absolute gent to deal with, the car was ready on the day arranged and all paperwork sorted out very quickly. Gary, shared my enthusiasm for the BMW i3, and is a proper car person - i.e. appreciates technology and innovation as well as the aesthetic in a car - that's important stuff! I can't recommend Smith Autos enough. I went there with my car with an persisting issue that another garage was unable to diagnose. And after giving up hope Gary reassured that he would do everything to get my car to perform again and he didn't disappoint. Gary and his team provided first class service and attention to detail and i can't be more happier with the outcome and performance of my car.

I had one of the worst experiences here and regret trusting the fake positive reviews. I made an appointment and asked twice for the estimated cost, but they avoided giving me an answer. That should have been my sign to stay away. They took my car in, kept it over the weekend without giving me any update, and never answered my calls. Gary in particular never picked up his phone, yet later claimed it had been switched off, which is a poor excuse considering the phone was ringing the whole time.When I finally got my car back on Monday, nothing had been done. Not even a simple wash. Yet Gary charged me nearly €300 for absolutely nothing. When I questioned him about it, he shouted at me instead of addressing the issue. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I honestly feel I was treated differently because of my ethnicity.This place is a scam. I wasted my money and time here. Gary is dishonest, aggressive, and I would never recommend this business to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.
